HOW PRIVATE SESSIONS WORK

Thank you for reaching out to me. It is truly lovely connecting with other like-minded souls on the journey of increasing love.

Each session lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours ~ as our spirit guides indicate.

Sessions are usually by phone or over the internet such as zoom - so you can be in the comfort of your own home and not have to travel.

You will receive an MP3 or MP4 audio recording of each channeled guided meditation and messages specific to issues addressed in each session. Zoom sessions will also give you a video, audio, and transcript.

Popular spirit guides include Mother Mary, Archangels Michael and Raphael, angels and Elohim, saints, yogis, galactic healers. We call them collectively the Cosmic Council as many of their names are beyond earthly language.

Your special guides will come through as needed and requested by you.

Sometimes your earth family members may come through with their angels.

The essence of healing is returning our hearts to love.

In session, we clear blocks to our own unconditional divine love in the sacred palace of our own hearts.

We evolve to understand confusing relationships from a higher level and from our soul blueprint lesson plan.

You have time to ask your questions, receive guidance and energy healing, receive messages from your guides, and have a personal channeled guided meditation - which is emailed you as a downloadable MP3 file.

You can listen to your session and personalized guided meditation on your device as many times as you like.

I weave in my own knowledge and training in healing and psychology.

Each session usually includes your bringing into consciousness whatever you wish to focus on for that particular session.

As I listen, I receive insights and information from guidance ~ which I share with you.

Guidance offers a specific channeled reading and/or guided meditation of empowerment specifically for you at this present stage of your evolution ~ to help you move through, clarify, refine and empower your journey.

In approximately two weeks, we do a longer zoom session with this information, processing it, and Q & A about your soul history.

began her conscious spiritual journey in 1982 when she made her first of many trips to India. There she encountered the ageless spiritual traditions of yoga and meditation. She spent 25 years deeply immersed in the ancient practices of timeless meditation on the light of our innermost self - meeting and studying with the great Masters of Meditation, Healing, and Spirituality ~ on this as well as the higher planes of consciousness.

During these years she also studied and achieved the ranks of teacher and Master in several healing systems, including Usui Reiki and became adept at working and communicating with spiritual guides, presences and angels.

The call to visit and learn the mysteries of sacred sites took her to such far off sites as the Himalayas and Mt Kailas in Tibet, Kathmandu, the ancient Kumbha Mela ceremony in Ujjain India, Australia and New Zealand with the powerful Ayers Red Rock (or Uluru as it is known to the traditional peoples), many trips to the various sacred spots of the Hawaiian Islands, including Kīlauea Volcano during fiery eruptions, the traditional Place of Refuge on the Big Island of Hawaii, the Grand Canyon and Napali Cliffs of Kaui, numerous heiaus - traditional sites recognized by the first peoples, and most recently, the magical places of Peru ~ Machu Picchu & Lake Titicaca.

She has hosted and been to many sweat lodges with recognized elders, and walked on fire in Mexico and the United States.

Prior to her spiritual time, Pat studied Clinical Psychology at the PhD level for 3 years, and completed 5 years in clinical internships with a variety of human populations from young children to geriatric populations.

Pat's business career includes several years on Wall Street as a securities analyst, and registered representative for stocks, bonds, commodities, insurance and a registered financial planner. She also built and sustained a large international organization of marketing reps that produced over $3 million (US) in annual sales

She also ran a Healing Retreat & Training house for 12 years teaching and employing several natural healing and meditation modalities and sponsoring many renowned spiritual presenters.

Her most recent articles have been published in the prestigious Sedona Journal magazine.

Usui Tibetan Reiki Lineage for Pat's Reiki initiates

Our Reiki Lineage

The lineage begins with the founder, Mikao Usui - born in 1865, discovered Reiki during a retreat on Mt Kurama in 1914.

He went into the mountains and fasted and meditated. On the last day he had a vision. Some say that during his vision he received the Reiki symbols that are part of the system. The system he developed became an effective tool for healing.

Usui Sensei spent the rest of his life sharing his Reiki system and trained many teachers. Before his death in 1926, he had set up a group called the Usui Shiki Ryoho in Tokyo to continue with the practice after his death. Through this group many teachers have been trained in Japan.

Mikao Usui initiated sixteen masters, one of whom was

Chujiro Hayashi.

At the age of 47, Dr. Hayashi received Reiki teacher training from Usui Sensei. For about ten years he ran a Reiki clinic. During those ten years he came up with a more complicated set of hand positions and divided the Reiki training into three levels or degrees.

Hayashi initiated thirteen masters, one of whom was

Mrs Takata, (b. 1900) who brought Reiki to the West in the 1930s.

After being healed from serious conditions in Dr. Hayashi's clinic, Mrs. Takata decided to learn Reiki. She spent at least a year working for Dr. Hayashi in his clinic before receiving the second-degree training.

Then she opened up a clinic of her own in Hawaii. In 1938, she received her teacher training from Dr. Hayashi.

Within the ten years before her death in 1980 she trained twenty-two teachers.

Iris Ishikuro
is one of the teachers trained by Mrs. Takata between 1973 and 1980. She was one of the first teachers to break away from Takata's tradition by charging less for attunements. She died a few years ago.

Phyllis Lei Furumoto, became a prominent Reiki Master/Teacher in America. She was the granddaughter of Mrs Takata.

Dr. Arthur Robertson
Founded the American Reiki Association

Iris Ishikura trained Arthur as a Reiki teacher in 1982. Like Iris, Arthur decided to break away from Takata's tradition by charging much less for training. He was also instrumental in developing the new branches of Reiki, in particular Raku Kei Reiki and Tibetan Reiki, which in turn were partly used in the development of Karuna Reiki. Arthur died in 2001.

Ignatius Paolillo, Brooklyn, New York. Beloved "Iggy" trained many Reiki I's, II's and III's in the greater New York city area for several years.
